 Follow Up: The Key to Your Success 

The 2~2~2 Formula

Follow up is crucial to help you generate referrals and to close deals with people who are on the fence.

Here is a system that you could use to follow up with clients who have already bought a Biomat.

The 2~2~2 Formula

Call your new client 2 days after their Biomat has arrived.  Ask how they are using the Biomat, and answer any questions they might have.  Also, remind them to drink extra water. Let them know that you have already emailed them the New Customers User  packet that includes Biomat Basics and the User Guide. Also, let your customers know the best way to communicate with you, whether it is via email, phone or text.

Then, call in 2 weeks to check in.  Give them some more ideas on how to use the Biomat and share it with their family.  Answer any questions they may have. You can also share a relevant testimonial  to inspire them.

And then call again in 2 months. This is often when people will pass on referrals to you. Let them know you are having a Demo event in case any of their friends or family members would be interested in coming.

If you feel shy, it’s ok… if someone has questions they will be so grateful that you called.  If they don’t, that is ok too.  Take the opportunity to generate more sales for yourself by following up.

On countless occasions, I would follow up with a client and they would tell me, “Oh, I am so glad you called.  My mother really wants to buy a Biomat!”

3) Product Warranty and Return Policy

Product Warranty:  A Manufacture Warranty is automatic upon purchase.  It is a one year full warranty.  The RI number is the Warranty Tracking Number to use if anything should go wrong.

Return Policy: Once payment is received, customers may cancel their order without any penalty within 7 days after receipt of the products for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories. The shipping and handling is paid by the customer both ways.  If they return it after 7 days, refer to the chart to see the corresponding refund amount.  The clock begins from the day they receive the product.
